Although we are as honest and careful as they come,MonkeyTree Auto Detailing is not responsible for damaged vehicles due to services provided. Our Company is not responsible for lost or missing items.
Cancellation / Credit Card Hold policy
MonkeyTree Auto Detailing reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to and including the cost of the service for “no-shows”. Cancellation must be provided via phone, text or email.
All appointments for services of $80 or more must be held with a down payment of 25%. This down payment will be put toward the final bill once services are completed. *4% will be charged for down payments made with credit card.
Cancellations greater than 48hrs from originally scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations or no shows within 48hrs of originally scheduled appointment time will incur a 25% fee
Any cancellation after a change requested by the client will incur a 25% charge regardless of time before the new appointment.
Credit card holds will be held using secure software, the deposit amount will be annotated under the clients profile.
Clients are free to postpone their appointments 2 times with no penalty. A fee of 25% will be immediately collected after the 2nd postponement.
Money Back Guarantee
Money back guarantee based on reasonable claims made up to 2 days after service. Claims are subject to managers approval.
